The public preview

The homepage video is a publicly licensed food-market excerpt with person detections, credited beside the player. It includes staff and visitors and is not customer footage or a live feed. The sample dashboard uses generated sales data. It does not contain customer recordings or real restaurant results, and its filters run in your browser. This public site does not offer a recording upload form or self-service account creation.

Cloudflare hosts this site and receives ordinary web request information, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect it. We have not added advertising trackers or third-party analytics to the refreshed public pages.

When you contact us

Pilot requests collect your name, email, business name, location count, POS, and goals. We store them privately on Cloudflare to discuss fit and pricing, and remove form submissions after 30 days. No subscription starts when you submit the form. Email sent to contact@vantaj.ai is forwarded through Cloudflare to the operator’s iCloud inbox. Your message, email address, and any information you choose to include are used to respond and discuss the pilot. Please begin with a description of your location and goals; do not email camera recordings or sensitive customer information.

Before a pilot begins

We agree on the location, authorized source data, supported measurements, team access, service providers, retention, and deletion process during assisted onboarding. Supply recordings only when you have the authority to do so and the notices or permissions required for your location. Sales exports should omit customer names, payment card details, and other personal fields that are unnecessary for the agreed analysis.

The initial pilot focuses on location activity and sales. Face recognition, identifying individual returning visitors, and audio analysis are outside its scope. Camera measurements depend on the view and must be reviewed before they are presented as supported results.

Retention and access

Before recordings are accepted, the pilot agreement will specify the raw-recording retention limit (target: 48 hours after receipt), how long reports and sales exports are kept, and how deletion and backups are handled.

Pilot access is invitation-only. Team and assistant access are scoped to the business and locations they are authorized to use. The public preview is separate from those private workspaces.

Questions or deletion requests

Contact contact@vantaj.ai with questions about information you have supplied, a correction, or a request to delete it. Include enough context to identify your request without attaching sensitive documents. We may need to verify your authority before acting on a restaurant’s data.
